临床护理路径对肝硬化合并消化道出血患者的护理效果及并发症预防效果分析

目的探讨临床护理路径对肝硬化合并消化道出血患者的护理效果以及并发症的预防效果。方法选取本院接受治疗的90例肝硬化合并消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所有入选患者分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予临床护理路径,比较2组患者护理后临床效果、满意度、并发症发生率以及住院时间、住院费用等情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组;护理后,观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,观察组患者发生消化道再出血、继发感染以及肝性脑病等并发症的发生率低于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者的住院时间、止血时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,知识掌握情况得分高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论临床护理路径对肝硬化合并消化道出血患者的护理效果显著,护理后患者满意度高,且能有效减少患者并发症发生率,值得推广使用。

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on prevention of complications and nursing efficacy in cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To investigate effect of clinical nursing pathway on prevention of complications and nursing efficacy in cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 90 liver cirrhosis patients with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table method,and the control group with 45 patients was treated with common treatment,and the observation group were given clinical nursing pathway,the clinical efficacy,satisfaction,morbidity and length of hospital stay,hospital costs.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),incidence of complications such as gastrointestinal bleeding,secondary infection and hepatic encephalopathy were lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group had shorter bleeding time,lower hospitalization costs,and higher knowledge level than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Effect of clinical nursing pathway in cirrhotic patients with gastrointestinal bleeding is remarkable,it can improve treatment satisfaction,and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
