摘    要:目的探讨分阶段康复计划在全膝关节置换术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的80例全膝关节置换术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后给予常规康复训练,观察组给予分阶段康复指导,比较2组的康复积极性、术后膝关节功能和生活能力的恢复情况。结果观察组对康复的需求程度、依从程度、配合程度等康复积极性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组术后膝关节功能评分、生活能力评分,膝关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论分阶段康复指导计划能够提高膝关节置换术患者的康复积极性,改善术后膝关节功能和生活能力的恢复程度,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of staged rehabilitation program in rehabilitation of patients after total knee replacement.Methods A total of 80 patients with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given staged rehabilitation guidance,rehabilitation of enthusiasm,postoperative knee function and life ability recovery were compared.Results Demand degree for rehabilitation,compliance and the coordination degree in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Postoperative knee function score,living ability score,knee function excellent rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Staged rehabilitation program can improve the enthusiasm,knee joint function and life ability,so it is worth promoting.
