| 摘 要： | 目的分析采用TACE治疗肝癌患者时应用循证护理对术后并发症减少的作用。方法选择本院收治的肝癌患者116例,均给予TACE治疗,随机抽取其中58例作为实验组,给予循证护理,另58例作为对照组,实施常规护理,观察2组患者术后并发症发生情况,对比2组患者护理满意度评分。结果实验组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用TACE治疗肝癌患者时,围术期给予患者循证护理可减少术后并发症发生率,促进患者康复,提高患者对护理满意程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze application of evidence-based nursing in reducing postoperative complications of liver cancer treated by TACE.Methods A total of 116 patients with liver cancer in our hospital were divided into experimental group,given evidence-based nursing,another 58 cases were as control group,given conventional treatment,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction score were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications was lower and nursing satisfaction score was higher in the experimental group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote recovery of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction. |
