摘    要:目的探讨皮肤防护护理对ICU造口失禁患者皮炎及满意度的影响。方法选取2015年7—11月收治的40例ICU造口失禁患者设为观察组,实施皮肤防护护理;另选取2015年1—5月收治的40例ICU造口失禁患者设为对照组,实施常规皮肤护理。比较2组的护理效果、护理效率及患者满意度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,每日清洗次数、护理时间少于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论皮肤防护护理措施能够改善ICU造口失禁性皮炎的治疗效果,促进皮肤愈合,提高护理满意度,还能减轻护士工作量。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of skin protection nursing on dermatitis and satisfaction of patients with incontinence dermatitis in ICU.Methods A total of 40 incontinence dermatitis patients in ICU from July to November 2015 were as observation group with skin protection nursing.And another 40 incontinence dermatitis patients in ICU from January to May 2015 were as control group with regular skin nursing.Nursing effect,nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The response rate in the observation group was 95.0%,higher than 75.0% in the control group.The healing time was shorter,the number of daily cleaning,nursing time were less,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Skin protection nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of incontinence dermatitis,promote skin healing and satisfaction,and reduce the workload of nurses.
