急救车氧气灌充系统设计

摘    要:目的研制一种急救车用氧气灌充系统,实现车载氧源不间断供应。方法使用SolidWorks软件进行氧气灌充管路结构设计,运用可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)结合触摸屏实现灌充系统的自动控制及人机接口界面设计。结果氧气灌充系统实现了车载氧气瓶的实时灌充,满足急救车辆用氧需求。结论氧气灌充系统安全稳定,操作简单,为急救车辆氧源的不间断供应提供了新的技术途径及方法。

Abstract:Objective To develope an oxygen filling system for ambulances and to achieve an uninterrupted supply of ambulance oxygen source. Methods The structur of the pipeline for oxygen filling was designed using SolidWorks soft- ware ,programmable logic controller(PLC) and touch screen technologies. An automatic control of the filling system was de- signed and developed. Results The oxygen filling system achieved the real-time filling of ambulance oxygen cylinders, which met the oxygen demand of emergency vehicles. Conclusion The oxygen filling system is safe, stable and user-frierdly, this study promises new ways for the uninterrupted supply of ambulance oxygen source.
