摘    要:目的]通过镉、锌与金属硫蛋白抗体(MT-Ab)对金属硫蛋白(MT)的竞争结合,探讨MT-Ab在镉致肾损伤过程中的作用机制。方法]根据不同的实验处理分组,每组包含0、5、10、20、40mg/mL 5个不同实验浓度亚组。采用竞争ELISA法,按波长490nm处的光密度值判断竞争结合的程度。结果]实验所用包被MT质量浓度为1μg/mL,MT-Ab浓度为32U。随着实验镉、锌离子浓度增加,光密度值下降。结论]镉、锌与MT-Ab对MT的结合存在着竞争作用,MT-Ab可使CdMT解离产生游离镉离子,从而导致肾损伤效应。
