| 摘 要： | 以氯溴二甲基乙内酰脲为主要成分的复方消毒剂，用其含１ ８００ ｍｇ／Ｌ 有效氯的原液作用３０ ｍｉｎ ，对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达１００ ％ ，以其含１０００ ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯的溶液作用２０ ｍｉｎ 可将悬液中ＨＢｓＡｇ 抗原性完全破坏。其原液对不锈钢基本无腐蚀，对铜、铝有轻度腐蚀，对碳钢有中度腐蚀。该剂放置于５４ ℃下１４ ｄ，有效氯含量下降率高达８８ ．９ ％ 。

| Abstract: | Thestock solution ofcompound disinfectant of halogenated chloramines with chloro - bromo - dimethyl hydantoin as the main ingredient is transparent and contains about 0.2 % available chlorine.The suspension testindicated thatthe killing rate of Bacillussubtilisvar. niger spores exposedtoits stock solution containing available chlorine 1800 mg/Lfor 30 min was 100 % and the antigenicity of HBsAg exposed to its solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/Lfor 20 min could be destroyed completely .Its stock solution is essentially non - corrosive to stainless steel,slightly corrosive to copper and aluminum and moderately corrosive to carbon steel. After storing at54 ℃for14 days,itsavailabelchlorine content decreased by up to 88 .9 % . |
