硬膜外镇痛对产后泌乳的影响

目的探讨硬膜外麻醉自控性镇痛对剖宫产产妇泌乳功能的影响。方法选择硬膜外麻醉下剖宫产的初产妇100例，随机分成两组，每组50例，观察组采用硬膜外自控性镇痛，术后硬膜外导管连接镇痛泵注入镇痛药液，对照组采用传统镇痛方法，观察两组产妇术后生命体征的变化、镇痛情况和泌乳情况的变化。结果观察组的镇痛效果较对照组明显差异（P〈0．01）；观察组术后泌乳率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组产妇生命体征差异无明显差异。结论剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛能促进早泌乳，增加乳量。

Epidural Analgesia on the Impact of Post-lactation

Objective To observe the effect of epidural analgesia after cesarean section on the function of lactation. Methods 100 primi-parous women were selected from our hospital,randomly divided into observation group(PCEA) and control group(muscle injection pethidine hydrochloride). The changes of vital signs ,analgesia and lactation were observed. Results The VAS of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P < 0.01). The quantity of lactation in observation group was significantly more than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Postoperative analgesia with epidural analgesia after cesarean section can increase the quantity of lactation and promote the time of colostrum.
