羚蝎胶囊对实验性脑出血大鼠脑细胞的保护作用

摘    要:目的 :探讨羚蝎胶囊对实验性脑出血大鼠脑细胞的保护作用。方法 :采用胶原酶与肝素复合法制造大鼠脑出血模型 ,通过Fura 2双波长荧光法、化学法、高效液相色谱法 ,观察羚蝎胶囊对脑出血模型大鼠的脑细胞内Ca2 浓度、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量以及海马组织中兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)含量的影响。结果 :羚蝎胶囊可以降低细胞内Ca2 的浓度 ,提高SOD的活力 ,减少MDA的生成 ,并且抑制海马组织中EAA的神经毒作用 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :羚蝎胶囊对脑出血大鼠脑细胞具有保护作用

Abstract:Objective To discover protective mechanism of Ling xie capsule in improving secondary neural injury using cerebral hemorrhages model in rat.Methods:Collagen and heparin combinations compound were injected into rat's nuclei caudate to establish a model of acute cerebral hemorrhage in rat.Intracellular free calciumion (Ca 2 ) i were measured using Fura 2/AM fluoremetry technique,and the contents of SOD,MDA in brain tissue using chemical method,and the content of EAA in hippocampus tissue using HPLC,respectively.Result:We found out Ling xie capsule could decrease the concenrearion of (Ca 2 ) i in injured neural cells,and increase the activity of SOD and reduce the production of MDA in brain tissue,and inhibit the increasing of the content of EAA in hippocampus tissue.These effects were significant analysis statistically ( P<0 05 ).Conclusion:Ling xie capsule was possessed of some productive effect for the rat's cerebral hemorrhage.
