| 摘 要： | 目的 观察肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗顽固性肩周炎的治疗效果. 方法 肩周炎患者108例,行肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗, 每5天1次,5次为一个疗程.结果 经2-3次治疗,随访6-18个月后,痊愈75例,占69.4%;显效27例,占25 %;有效4例,占4%;无效2例,占2%;总有效率98.1%.结论 肩胛上神经阻滞结合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗肩周炎,疗效显著,安全性高,无任何不良反应,是一种有效的临床治疗措施.

| Abstract: | Objective: Observed the clinical effect of suprascapular nerve blockade with sodiumhyaluronate(SH) injection in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:108 patierts with Scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated using suprascapular nerve blockade with sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection.Once five days and 5 for a period of treatment. Results:By the treatment of twice to thrice and flowed-up of 6-18months.The responses was as follow:75 patients(69.4%)heald;27 patients(25%) excellence;4 patients(4%) improved and 2 patients(2%) failed to improved.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of suprascapular nerve blockade with sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection is an effective therapy and a secure way in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis |
