中国汉族人及维吾尔族人Rh血型基因结构多态性研究与分析

目的：研究中国汉族及维吾尔族家系的RHD基因结构，方法：采用聚合酶链反应－序列特异性引物扩增（PCR－SSP）方法，对汉族和维族Rh阴性家系的D基因结构多态性进行研究。结果：中国人RHD基因结构具有多态性，性别是带有C的个体；82例RHD血清学阴性个体中，完整携带十个外显子的有14个样本，部分携带的有6个样本，8个样本为完全缺失。结论：中国汉族人群与高加索人种有着显著的不同，且插入片段和RH Box在中国人D基因的表达上并不具有确定的意义。

Study on polymorphism of genetic structure of Rh blood group in Chinese population

Objective To study the genetic structure of Rh D gene in Han nationality and Wei nationality of Chinese. Methods Pcr-ssp was used to analysize Rh D genetic structure of Rh D negative Han and Wei nationality kindred. Results Rh D gene structure of Chinese had genetic polymorphism,especially in individuals with C.In 82 individuals, 14 carried the complete ten exons, 6 carried partial exons, and 8 was absent for all the ten exons. Conclusion Rh D gene structure in the Han nationality of Chinese is quite different from that of the white people. The insert segment and Rh Box have indeterminacy in the expression of Rh D gene.
