碘化银法涂层后银汞充填治疗中龋的疗效观察

为了减轻中龋治疗后的敏感症状和提高充填物的牢固性。采用自身对照设计，选择９４ 例１８８ 只中龋患牙。其中实验组９４ 只患牙。应用碘化银法涂层后银汞充填；对照组９４ 只患牙，应用聚羧酸锌水门汀垫基后银汞充填。结果显示：涂层和垫基对温度即刻反应的比较差异无显著性（ Ｐ＞ ００５） ，经６ 个月和１８ 个月对两组充填物完好情况观察对比，实验组优于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ００５ 和 Ｐ＜ ０００５） 。表明：碘化银法涂层后银汞充填是治疗中龋的一种较好方法。

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Dentin Caries by Silver Amalgam Filling after Smearing Layer with Silver Iodide

To decrease the hypersensitivity of dentin and increase the consistence of filling material aftercaries treatm ent ,in this self controlled trial ,94 dentin caries of 94 patients were treated by silver a malga mfilling after sm earing layer with silveriodide ,w hile in the control group ,other 94 caries of these 94 patientswere treated by silver am alga m filling after rebasing with polycarboxylate ce ment . It shows that the im me diate reaction to tem perature in these tw o groups have no significant defference ,but at 6th and 18th monthafter treatment ,the intactness of the filling material in experimental group was significantly better thanthatin control group( P< 0 .05 and P< 0 .005 respectively) . These data suggest that smearing layer withsilver iodide before silver a malgam filling m ay be ideal for the treatm ent of dentin caries .
