摘    要:目的比较不同临床分度缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清胱抑素C(CysC)、血肌酐(Scr)及尿素氮(BUN)水平,探讨其在HIE肾功能监测中的价值。方法选择不同临床分度的HIE患儿和对照组作为研究对象,采用全自动生化分析仪测定其血中的CysC、Scr和BUN的含量,并进行组间比较。结果与对照组相比,轻度HIE患儿血清Cys C、BUN及Scr水平无明显差异,而中、重度HIE则有明显差异,且随HIE程度的加重,Cys C、BUN及Scr水平明显升高;Cys C的肾功能障碍检出率高于BUN及Scr。结论不同程度HIE患者血清Cys C、BUN和Scr水平不同,Cys C可作为肾功能监测的敏感生化指标。

Serum cystatin C level changes and clinical significance In neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalpathy

Abstract:Objective To compare the levels of serum cystatin C (Cys C), creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) in the neonates suffering from different degrees of hypoxie - ischemic encephalopalopathy ( HIE), and then evaluate the clinical significance of Cys C in monitoring the kidney function of neonates with HIE. Methods The serum contents of Cys C, Scr and BUN were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer in patients with different degrees of HIE and controls, then compared among the four groups. Results There was no statistic differences in serum concentration of Cys C, BUN and Set between the mild HIE group and the control group. Compared with the control, all indexes showed statistic differences in both moderate and severe HIE group. And the severer the illness was, the higher levels of Cys C, Scr and BUN were. The detective rate of renal damage was higher for Cys C than for Ser and BUN. Conclusion The Levels of serum Cys C, Scr and BUN were different between the neonates with different degrees of HIE. Cys C would be a sensitive index for monitoring kidney function.
