| 摘 要： | 目的 分析高血压病患者的死亡原因。方法 对1996年1月至2002年12月7年间在我院住院的169例高血压病死亡病例进行回顾性研究。结果 169例高血压病死亡病例的前三位死亡原因分别是：急性脑血管病(占44．4％)、冠心病(占17．7％)、恶性肿瘤(占16．0％)。结论 对于高血压病患者，在降压治疗的同时，我们还应针对上述死亡原因，给予相应的预防措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the cause of death in essential hypertensive patients.Methods 169pa-tients.dead from essential hypertension were study;they were admitted into Hainan Provincial People's Hospital in7years(1996-2002).Results The main cause of death in this group were stroke(44.4%),coronary heart disease(17.7%),and tumors(16.0%).Conclusions While treat hypertension,preventive efforts must be taken correspondingly to against premature death in treating hypertensive patients. |
