| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双源CT对儿童泌尿系疾病的诊断价值。材料和方法：24例超声显示肾积水或其它泌尿系统病变的患儿行双源CT平扫、肾实质期扫描（注药后10s）及延迟扫描，将原始资料送至工作站进行多平面重建及三维图像重建，获得完整的尿路造影影像。结果：12例儿童泌尿系统成像均获得了满意的三维图像，双源CT诊断与临床诊断符合率为100％（24／24）。结论：双源CT尿路造影适用于儿童泌尿系疾病检查，它具有超高速、低辐射剂量和三维显示等优点，可作为儿童泌尿系疾病的一种有效检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the value of dual-source CT in the diagnosis of urinary diseases in children.Methods: dual-source CT was performed in 24 children who were diagnosed urinary diseases by ultrasonography.Results: Clear images were made for all of 24 children.The diagnosis Were also confirmed by surgical pathology in 24 children.Conclusion: dual-source CT is more effective in the diagnosis of children urinary diseases. |
