甲状腺患者围手术期抗菌药物应用调查分析及干预措施

从某三甲医院2009年1月-12月出院的甲状腺手术病人471例中抽取124份病例,对抗菌药物的应用进行回顾性评价.围手术期抗菌药物均为静脉滴注,使用率为100%,共涉及6类、14种抗菌药物.多为单联用药,以头孢唑啉使用频率最高,多达51.6%.其中围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用存在不合理现象,表现为无指征用药、选药不当、给药次数与剂量不当、无指征联用、用药时间不规范、疗程过长.需要进一步规范管理,采取有效地干预措施,促进临床抗菌药物的合理应用.

Analysis of Perioperative Antimicrobials in Thyroid Surgery and Interventions

From 471 thyroid gland patients during January 2009 to September 2009, 124 cases of perioperative antibacterial application were randomly selected and analyzed retrospectively. The perioperative antibiotic use was 100%, covering a total of 6 class 14 antimicrobial agents, most for single agent of cefazolin at a ratio of 51.6%. The main route of administration was intravenous. The unreasonable antibacterial uses during thyroid gland surgery were: no indication of drug use, improper drug selection, incorrect dose or medication course, as well as unnecessary combination. Therefore, more efforts are needed to promote the reasonable antibacterial application.
