| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty,TKA）治疗高度膝关节屈曲畸形的临床疗效。方法收集高度膝关节屈曲畸形患者,男3例,女9例,术前、术后HSS评分系统进行评定,判定结果。结果12例均获得随访,随访时间15个月-12年,平均37个月。术前HSS评分平均11.5分（6-24分）,术后12个月平均79.5分（55-96分）,差别有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。其中,优5例（41.67%）,良3例（25.00%）,可3例（25.00%）,差1例（8.33%）,优良率达66.67%。结论运用TKA治疗膝关节高度屈曲畸形可以获得满意的疗效。
