针刀闭合软组织松解术联合中药熏洗及关节松动术治疗四肢骨折后关节僵硬临床疗效观察

目的探讨针刀闭合软组织松解术联合中药熏洗及关节松动术治疗四肢部骨折后关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法将116例四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者分为治疗组与对照组各58例,治疗组采用针刀闭合软组织松解术联合中药熏洗及关节松动术治疗、对照组单纯采用关节松动术治疗。结果治疗组治愈23例、显效24、好转11例,总有效率为100.0%;对照组治愈5例、显效10例、好转15例、无效28例,总有效率为51.7%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刀闭合软组织松解术联合中药熏洗及关节松动术治疗四肢骨折后关节僵硬临床疗效较好,值得推广应用。

Clinical efficacy stiff knife closed after lysis joint and soft tissue and joint mobilization herbal fumigation treatment of limb fractures joint

Objective Explore the knife closed soft tissue lysis joint after joint herbal fumigation and treatment of limb fractures loosen stiff joints clinical efficacy.Methods The joint stiffness in patients with limb fractures after 116 cases were divided into treatment group and control group 58 cases,the treatment group knife closed joint and soft tissue lysis and joint mobilization herbal fumigation treatment,the control group were treated using joint mobilization therapy.Results 23 cases were cured,24 markedly effective,11 cases improved,the total effective rate was 100.0%in theatment group;Control group,5cases were cured,effective in 10 cases,improved in 15 cases,ineffective in 28 cases,total effective rate was51.7%.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Knife surgery with closed soft tissue release and joint mobilization herbal fumigation treatment of limb fractures better clinical efficacy stiff joints should be widely applied.
