老年心脏病与耳垂皱折征的关系探讨

目的:探讨老年心脏病患者与耳垂皱折征的临床相关性。方法:把已确诊为各类心脏病的老年患者作为观察组(心病组),选择非心脏病老年患者为对照组,两组病人都进行耳垂外观的观察和平静心电图检查。结果:老年心脏病患者与耳垂皱折的发生有密切的关系。老年心病组耳垂皱折征阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。男女之间耳垂皱折征阳性率也有差异,男性高于女性(P<0.05)。两组耳垂皱折征阳性患者心电图检测,心电图异常变化,心病组高于对照组(P<0.01)。不同类型的老年心脏病,耳垂皱折阳性征发生率不同,在各类心脏病中,冠心病最高,其次是肺心病、高血压病。结论:老年心脏病与耳垂皱折征密切相关,通过观察老年耳垂皱折征的变化,对诊断老年心脏病有着重要的临床意义。这一体征可能成为中医诊断老年心脏病的望诊体征之一。
