丙泊酚复合芬太尼在射频治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫功能性出血的疗效观察

目的：观察丙泊酚复合芬太尼在射频治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫功能性出血中的疗效。方法：对120例子宫肌瘤和子宫功能性出血患者在常规消毒后，先静脉滴注芬太尼0．1mg、地塞水松5mg和阿托品0．5mg。3分钟后在牵拉子宫颈前静脉推注丙泊酚50-60mg，术中根据患者反应持续推注丙泊酚.术中用多功能生理监测仪分别记录推药前、入睡后、手术时、NNNBP、P、RR、SpO2参数。观察麻醉效果。结果：丙泊酚复合芬太尼应用于射频治疗子宫肌瘤术，起效快，镇痛效果显著，有效率达100％。苏醒早。BP、P、RR、SpO2参数无明显变化。结论：丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉是射频治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫功能性出血的较好麻醉方法．可达到良好的镇静和镇痛效果。

Evaluation of the effect of propofol combined with fentanyl on uterine myoma and functional uterine bleeding during radiofrequency therapy

Objective:To observe the effect of propofol combined with fentanyl on uterine myoma and functional uterine bleeding during radiofrequency therapy. Methods:Selected one hundred and twenty uterine myoma and functional uterine bleeding patients,fentanyl 0.1 mg,and atropine 0.5 mg were injected by venous before traditional disinfection. They were disinfected by traditional way. At the same time intravenous propofol 50~60 mg was used.Multifunctional physiological monitor was used to record BP?P?RR?SpO2 parameter before usage of medicine,after sleep,during operation and after awakeness,in order to observe effect of anesthesia.Results:The effect of application of propofol combined with fentanyl to usterine myoma and functional uterine bleeding during radiofrequency therapy was obvious,pain reduced obviously and the efficiency was 100%.Early analepsia,the parameters of BP?P?RR?SpO2 changed unmarkedly.Conclusion:Intravenous propofol combined with fentanyl for uterine myoma and functional uterine bleeding during radiofrequency therapy in one of the satisfactory anesthesia,the efftct of analgesia and sedation is better.
