高频超声在甲状腺癌诊断中的应用

目的探讨高频二维超声及彩色血流在甲状腺癌中的应用价值,提出高频诊断甲状腺癌的一些有价值的标准。方法对临床高度怀疑甲状腺恶性肿块的45例患者进行高频二维超声检查,同时进行血管数量及血流的速度及阻力值分析,同时与病理检查对比分析。结果45例患者依病理结果分为甲状腺癌组及非甲状腺癌组,其中甲状腺癌组患者35例,将超声检查结果与病理结果对照分析,分别得出超声检查甲状腺癌的敏感性为80.0%,特异性为92.2%,准确性为90.0%。结论本组甲状腺癌的高频超声图像具有特征性表现,具有很大的临床应用价值,同时筛选出部分具有肯定性的诊断指标。

Application of High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective To discuss the application value of high frequency 2-division ultrasound and color Doppler in diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma and make diagnostic standard of high frequency ultrasound for TC.Methods 45 patients who suspected TC were detected with high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler of blood vessel and flow speed.The results were compared with pathology.Results 35 of 45 cases were TC according to pathology.Compared with high frequency ultrasound and pathology,the sensitivity of HFU was 80.0%,specificity was 92.2% and accuracy rate was 90.0%.Conclusion The HFU image of TC might have special characteristics with better clinical value that might suggest as screened diagnosis standard.
