| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血清皮质醇(COR)和血糖含量变化及临床意义.方法采用放射免疫法测定68例HIE新生儿血清COR含量,同时用己糖激酶(HK)法检测血糖含量,并对37例患儿血清COR进行动态观察.结果不同程度HIE组血清COR显著高于对照组(P＜0.001),HIE程度越重,血清COR升高越明显,25例高血糖患儿血清COR水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论血清COR和血糖显著升高可作为HIE预后不良的判定指标之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of blood sugar and serum cortisol (COR) in neonate with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the level of serum COR in 68 neonate with HIE, the level of blood sugar was detected by hexokinase (HK) assay at the same time. Results: The level of serum COR in HIE groups was higher than that in control group; The concentration of serum COR of 25 neonate with hyperglycemia was significantly higher than the other 43 cases without hyperglycemia. Conclusions: The higher level of serum COR and blood sugar may be valuable to predict the prognosis of HIE as one of indictors. |
