干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的长期疗效观察

目的：评价干扰素治疗e抗原（HBeAg）阳性的慢性乙型肝炎的长期疗效。方法：前瞻性的研究36例应用干扰素治疗经组织学确诊的HBeAg阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者，随访4年；36例治疗前基线条件相仿未经干扰素及其他抗病毒药物治疗的病人作为对照。结果：（1）干扰素治疗组总有效率为80．6％，对照组为11．1％两组比较差别显著（P〈0.01）。干扰素治疗组HBsAg阴转1例，对照组0例。（2）干扰素治疗后1、2、3、4年HBeAg转阴率分别为38．8％、44．4％、50％、58．3％；HBV-DNA转阴率分别为33．3％、36．1％、41．7％、44．4％，显示在随访期内远期持续效应转阴率有随时间增加的趋势。（3）干扰素治疗组肝纤维化的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：干扰素对HBeAg阳性的慢性乙型肝炎具有良好的远期抗病毒效果，并有改善预后及潜在的抗纤维化作用。

Long-term Efficacy of Interferon in the Treatment of Patients with Chronicity Hepatitis B

Objective: To study the long-term curative etticasy of interferon in HBeAg positive chronicity hepatitis B patient. Methods:Thirty-six patieuts application interferon cure by hepatopathy calendar HBeAg positive chronicity hepatitis b,follow-up survey hour four year; of the forward looking 36 case the corresponding period condition similar not by interferon etc antiviral chattel remedial patient by way of comparison. Results: The efficiency rate in interferon group was 80.6 % ,whild in the and control group was 11.1 %(P<0.01). There was one case with HBsAg positive turned to negative in the inter feron group, while no such case was found in the control group. HBeAg negation rate in inferferon group were 38. 8%, 44. 4 %, 50%, 58.3% respectively in 1,2,3 and 4 years follov-up. and HBV-DNA darken rate parting for 33.3%, 36.1 %, 41.7%, 44.4%, which showed at follow-up survey phase within forward spread effect darken rate have got with time incremental trend over. Liver fibrotic incidence was lower in infer feron group then control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion: Interferon is effective in HBeAg positive chronicity hepatitis B patients,and has good effect on resistins fibrosis actioa
