热球式气体小流量传感器的研制

摘    要:本文阐述了一种专为某卫星压力控制系统研制的新型气体小流量传感器。该传感器是一种质量流量传感器,采用热式测量中的旁热式换能原理,在被测气体介质的温度和压力波动的条件下,可以直接测定气体的标准流量,不需要进行温度和压力修正。与国内同量程的气体流量计相比,这种传感器具有体积小、重量轻、设计新颖、反应灵敏、精度高、压力损失小等重要特点。本文简述了传感器的原理和结构特点,列举了试验项目和数据分析结果。通过实际地面试验和飞行考验证明,该传感器各项性能指标均达到设计要求,是一种理想的气体小流量传感器。

Abstract:This paper gives a new type of small gas flow transducer specially develo-ped for satellite pressure control system.It is a mass flow sensor,which,by adopting the byhot type transducing principle of a hot-wire measure-ment.can directly determine standard gas flow under undulating temperatureand pressure,without the need of any modulation of either temperature orpressure.Compared with other domestic gas flow transducers which have thesame flow measurement range,this transducer has such better performances assmall size,light weight,novel design,high sensitivity,high precision and lowpressure loss.A briefing of the principle and construction characteristics of thetransducer,a list of the tests for the transducer and the results of data ana-lysis are also given.It has been proved by ground experiments and spaceflight that all the performance indexes of the transducer have come up to thedesign requirements.It is an ideal transducer fore measuring small gas flow.
