| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbarci oxygen(HBO) on recovery of nerves injury in rats suffered from acute organophosphorus poisoning. Method We established organophosphorus poisoning models and observed effect of HBO on recovery of injure nerves. Results Compared with control group, cerebrospinal fluid induced peak potential and incubation period in HBO group were significantly recovered(P<0.05).HBO could accelerated repair of injured nerves. Conclusion HBO could relieve injury of nerves during treatment of organophosphorus poisoning. |
