上海市嘉定区居民死因监测分析

目的为掌握上海市嘉定区居民死亡模式与变动规律以及对居民健康的影响，现对1973-2005年户籍人口、死亡资料进行统计、分析。方法运用死因录入数据库、Excel办公软件进行统计分析。 结果 嘉定区户籍人口逐年增长，人口老龄化现象明显，居民死亡以慢性疾病为主，前3位死因分别为循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病；嘉定区居民男、女平均期望寿命2005年比1973年分别提高了9.00、8.63岁，2005年平均期望寿命为80.62岁，已达中等发达国家水平（80岁以上）。结论 随着经济和医疗卫生保健事业的发展，嘉定区32年间居民疾病死亡模式发生了一定的变化，应根据人口变化特点及居民的健康状况，制定及时合理的卫生政策，采取科学可行的干预措施。
