| 摘 要： | 目的：研究未分类湿疹患者血清IL-12水平。方法：应用ELISA方法测定了65例未分类湿疹患者血清白细胞介素12（IL-12）水平并与30例无过敏史健康对照者进行了比较。结果：（1）未分类湿疹患者血清IL-12水平高于对照组（P=0．04）。（2）急性期未分类湿疹患者血清IL-12水平和对照组相比无显著差异。（3）慢性期未分类湿疹患者血清IL-12水平高于对照组（P=0．004）。（4）急性期未分类湿疹患者血清IL-12水平和慢性期相比无显著差异：结论：在未分类湿疹的发病机制中，IL-12可能起一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the role of IL-12 in the pathogenesis of unclassified eczema (UE). Methods: The level of serum IL-12 in 65 patients with UE was detected by ELISA and compared with health controls. Results: (1) The level of serum IL-12 in UE was higher than that of control (P=0.04); (2) The level of serum IL-12 in acute UE was not different with that of control. (3) The level of serum IL-12 in chronic UE was higher than that of control (P=0.004). (4) The level of serum IL-12 in acute UE was not different with that of chronic UE. Conclusion: The results indicate that IL-12 may play an important role in UE. |
