臭氧对不同细菌杀灭效果比较

摘    要:为了观察臭氧对医院不同物品消毒效果,在实验室和现场进行了试验。结果,以含臭氧量0.92mg/L气体,熏蒸作用10min,对置于洁净台内的固体培养基表面上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和结核分枝杆菌杀灭率分别为92.00%、95.00%、80.00%和94.00%;含臭氧量为8mg/L熏蒸作用10min,对上述各细菌杀灭率达到100%。含臭氧量为0.92mg/L熏蒸作用20min,对空气中金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和结核分枝杆菌的杀灭率分别为93.45%、93.45%、90.00%和96.00%。含臭氧量为1.0mg/L作用10min,对水中金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和结核分枝杆菌杀灭率分别为80%、90%、70%和85%;含臭氧量达到8mg/L,作用10min,除白色念珠菌之外,对其他细菌杀灭率菌达到100%。结果指出,臭氧熏蒸对培养基表面上污染菌、水中细菌和空气中细菌均有良好的杀灭效果。

Abstract:In order to observe the efficacy of ozone in disinfection of various articles of hospital, laboratory tests and field trials were carried out. The results showed that fumigation with the gas containing ozone 0.92 mg / L for 10 min killed 92.00% of Staphylococus aureus, 95.00% of Escherichia coli, 80.00% of Candida albicans and 94.00% of Mycobacterium tuberculosis on surface of solid culture medium put in the clean desk. Fumigation with the gas containing ozone 8 mg/ L for 10 min achieved killing 100% of the above bacteria and fungi. Fumigation with the gas containing ozone 0.92 mg/ L for 20 min killed 93.45% of S. aureus, 93.45% of E. coli, 90.00% of C. albicans and 96.00% of M. tuberculosis in air. Fumigation with the gas containing ozone 1.0 mg/L for 10 min killed 80% of S. aureus, 90% of E. coli. 70% of C. albicans and 85% of M. tuberculosis in water. When fumigation with the gas containing ozone 8 mg/ L for 10 min, the killing rate of all microorganisms attained 100% except C. albicans. The results indicated that ozone fumigation has good efficacy in killing bacteria contaminating surface of culture medium, and the bacteria in water and air.
