腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤临床对比研究

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的效果及安全性。方法:分析卵巢良性肿瘤53例腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。结果:53例中成熟畸胎瘤23例,卵巢冠囊肿12例,卵巢巧克力囊肿9例,卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤8例,黏液性囊腺瘤1例(交界性),肿瘤直径3-15cm,平均6.6cm,均经腹腔镜行囊肿剔除术,平均手术1.2h,平均住院6.2d。术后随访1-6个月,未发现肿瘤复发。巧克力囊肿1例术后2个月任娠而行人流术,1例交界性瘤术后随访4个月未见复发。结论:腹腔镜手术对于卵巢良性肿瘤患者具有创伤小,痛苦少,术中出血少,术后康复快,腹部不显疤痕以及并发症少等优点,是安全有效的治疗方法。

Comparing laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of benign tumor of ovary

Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of laparoscopy in the treatment of benign tumor of ovary. Methods: Laparoscopic operation for benign tumor of ovary were retrospectively analyzed in 53 cases. Results: There were 23 cases of mature teratoma, 12 cases of parovarian cyst,9 cases of chocolate cyst,8 cases of serious cys-tadenoma, 1 cases of mucinous cystdenoma(junctional) . Tumor's diameter averaged of 6.6 cm (range from 3 - 15 cm) . All cases were treated by cyst decollement laparoscopy. The average time of operation was 1.2 hours and of hospitalization 6.2 days. Follow - up lasted one to six months and all of them had no recurrence. One cases of chocolate cyst received artificial abortion two months postoperation. One cases of junctional tumor had no recurrence four months postoperation. Conclusion:This operation has many advantages, such as little trauma and sufferment, little hemorrhage and quick recovery, no obvious scar and few complications. It is an effective and safe method for benign tumor of ovary.
