DMBT1在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨脑恶性肿瘤缺失基因1（DMBT1） 在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测69例鼻咽癌及36例癌旁正常组织中DMBT1蛋白表达。分析DMBT1表达与鼻咽癌临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 DMBT1蛋白在鼻咽癌及癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为33.3％（23／69） 和75.0％（27／36），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。DMBT1表达与T分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关（P＜0.05）。Kaplan-Meier法分析显示，23例DMBT1阳性表达者的中位生存时间（OS）为60.0个月，而46例DMBT1阴性表达者的中位OS为47.0个月，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。Cox多因素回归分析显示，DMBT1表达是影响鼻咽癌预后的独立因素（P＜005）。结论 DMBT1在鼻咽癌发生发展过程中有重要作用，可作为判断鼻咽癌患者预后的指标。

Expression of DMBT1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of deleted in malignant brain tumor I（DMBT1） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods The DMBT1 protein expression in 69 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and 36 cases of normal nasopharyngeal tissue adjacent to carcinoma were determined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between DMBT1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive rate of DMBT1 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was 33.3% （ 23/69）, significantly lower than 75.0%（27/36） in adjacent normal nasopharyngeal tissues（P〈0.05）. The level of DMBT1 protein expression was correlated with T stage, lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and histological grade（P〈0.05）. The median overall survival time in patients with DMBT1 positive and negative expression was 60.0 months and 47.0 months respectively （P〈0.05 ）. Cox regression analysis showed that DMBT1 negative expression was an independent risk factor for prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（P〈0.05）. Conclusion DMBT1 plays an important role in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and can be used as a prognostic indicator of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
