精神分裂症与精神抑郁症患者的球结膜和甲襞微循环研究

目的 :研究精分症和抑郁症患者的BCM和NFM的特点和临床意义。方法 :研究分三组 ,精分症组 32例、抑郁症组 30例、正常对照组 30例 ,观测三组患者及正常人的BCM ( 2 1项 )指标 ,NFM ( 1 4项 )指标。结果 :精分症和抑郁症的BCM及NFM表现均有血管形态、血液流态及血管周围反应异常改变。但二症各有其特点 :精分症以血管形态异常为主 ,而在精神抑郁症组病人的BCM和NFM ,以流态、流速异常为主。结论 :研究表明二症均有微循环障碍 ,其机理是精分症和抑郁症均与脑神经、血管、激素调节及药物、血液流变性等影响有关 ,提示BCM和NFM检测及其变化对精神病患者的临床诊断和治疗有重要意义。

Study of BCM and NFM in Patients with Schizophrenia and Depresion

To study the BCM and NFM of patients with schizophren ia and depression and its clinical significance.Method: The patients were divided into schizophrenia group,depre ssion group and normal(control) group.The BCM and NFM of three groups were obser ved respectively.Results: The BCM and NFM in the both of schizophrenia and Depres sion groups showed obvious abnormal vessel pattern,blood flow state,and environm e nt reactions of vessels obviously,and it study showed mainly abnormal vesse ls obviously.and It showed mainly abnormal vessel pattern in the schizopreni a group.In other hand,they showed mainly abnormal blood flow state and speed in the depression group.Conclusion: The study showed that the microcirculatory disturban ce of both of schizophrenia and depression,probably,owing to the effects of regu lations of brain,vessels,hormones and drugs hemorheology.For the examinations,di agnosis and treatment of schizophrenia depression on BCM and NFM is useful.
