| 摘 要： | 目的 分析部分病毒感染导致ITP患儿在治疗中 ,血小板数量下降的因素。方法 用ELISA方法检测 6 2例治疗中ITP患儿血清柯萨奇病毒 (CBV)、呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)、腺病毒 (ADV)、EB病毒 (EB)和肺炎支原休 (MP)IgM抗体。结果 显示 6 2例ITP患儿感染阳性率为 75 8% ( 4 7/6 2 )。其中RSV阳性率为 32 3% ( 2 0 /6 2 ) ;CBV阳性率为 1 7 7% ( 1 1 /6 2 ) ;MP阳性率为 1 4 5% ( 9/6 2 ) ;ADV阳性率为 9 7% ( 6 /6 2 )。两种以上病原体感染阳性率为 33 9% ( 2 1 /6 2 )。结论 ITP患儿治疗过程中 ,部分呼吸道病毒感染是其反复发作的重要因素 ,临床上应重视抗病毒和免疫的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To invest the part of virus infection that causes platelet dropping in ITP treatment. Methods CBV, RSV, ADV, EB, MP antibodies IgM were detected with ELISA in ITP children. Results Infection rate in 72 ITP children was 75.8%, among them, RSV positive rate was 32.3%, CBV was 17.7%, MP was 14.5%, ADV was 9.7%, more than two pathogens rate was 33.9%. Conclusions During the ITP treatment in children, the part of virus infection was the main factor that caused ITP relapse. Antivirus and immune therapy should be noticed in clinic. |
