| 摘 要： | 正我国是世界上老年人口规模最大的国家,正在进入一个将持续40年的高速老龄化时期,老年髋部骨折将是我们未来面临的一个重要问题。国家统计局最新公布第七次全国人口普查结果显示~([1]),我国60岁及以上人口为26 402万人(18.70%),65岁及以上人口为19 064万人(13.50%)。老年髋部骨折是老年人最常见的骨折之一,具有合并症多、预后差等特点。文献报道伤后1年死亡率高达20%~40%,致残率高达50%。
