手法加穴位注射治疗粘连性肩周炎

目的]探讨以粘连性肩周炎的治疗方法。肩周炎是临床上的常见病,以肩部疼痛和功能障碍为主要症状。方法]115例肩周炎采用手法扳拉加穴位注射的方法进行治疗,即手法后,将强的松龙,利多卡因及维生素B12针混合液分别注入结节间沟的肩前穴、肩峰下及肩后的肩贞穴处。结果]115例患者,痊愈81例,占70.4%。有效27例,占23.4%,无效7例,占6.2%,总有效率为占93.8%。结论]采用快速手法扳拉加穴位注射治疗粘连性肩周炎疗效明显,能较好地缩短治疗。

Manipulation and Acupoint Injection Treat Conglutination Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective] To explore the method of conglutination scapulohumeral periarthritis,which is a common disease in clinic,demonstrating mainly pain shoulder and disordered shoulder function.Method] Treat 115 cases with manipulation pulling added with acupoint injection,i.e.after massage and exercise,respectively inject predisolone,lidocaine and Vitamin B12 in mix into acupoints of tubercle sulcus Jianqian and Jianzhen under acromion after shoulder.Observe the effect.Result] In 115 cases,81 cases were cured,occupying 70.4%;27 had effect,23.4%;7 no effect,6.2%;the total effective rate was 93.8%.Conclusion] The said method has good cure effect,and can shorten treatment period.
