上海市性病门诊顾客性伴通知态度的影响因素

摘    要:目的评价上海市三所公立性病门诊顾客性伴通知态度的影响因素,探讨可能转变其性伴通知态度的有效方法。方法在知情同意的前提下,用结构式问卷调查对性病门诊顾客性伴通知态度的影响因素进行调查。结果不同性别对象的性伴通知态度有统计学差异(P=0.001),女性性伴通知的意愿高于男性;性伴通知的其他影响因素可能包括感染源、工作性质和门诊的级别等。在男性顾客中,与自我报告感染源为婚外性行为感染的对象相比,自我报告感染源为非婚外性行为感染的对象更愿意进行性伴通知,OR值为2.71(95%CI1.43~5.13);在女性顾客中,与工作性质为经常外出的对象相比,不经常外出的对象更愿意进行性伴通知,OR值为9.15(95%CI1.33~63.05)。结论应根据不同性别、不同感染源、不同工作性质的对象采取措施,以提高性病门诊顾客的性伴通知意愿。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the influential factors of the clients’ attitude to partner notification (PN) in Shanghai STD clinics,and explore the possible ways to change their attitude. Method: Constructed questionnaire survey was conducted under the clients’ informed consent. Results: The attitudes to PN of clients were different statistically between men and women (P=0.001). Women were more likely to do the partner notification than men. Among other influential factors,there were infection way,occupation and clinic’s level. When self-reporting infection way was not sex behavior out of marriage,the men would more like to do the partner notification than those getting infected from the sex out of marriage. The OR value was 2.71 (95%CI: 1.43~5.13). The women whose occupation requires more business trips were less likely to do the partner notification than those who don’t go on errands often. The OR value was 9.15 (95%CI:1.33~63.05). Conclusion: Different strategies should be developed according to clients’ gender,infection way and occupation,to improve the attitude of clients’ to PN.
