子宫内膜异位症未累及卵巢对卵巢储备功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMs)与卵巢储备功能下降的相关性。方法回顾性分析2005年1月—2009年1月就诊的100例不孕妇女,分为两组:A组(50例)是经腹腔镜确诊为EMs但未发现有卵巢病灶者;B组(50例)单纯输卵管性不孕者为对照组。测量月经第3天血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)和卵巢窦卵泡数(AFC);对比两组体外受精(IVF)过程中的促性腺激素(Gn)用量、获卵数、优质胚胎率、周期删除率、临床妊娠率。结果A组基础FSH,FSH/LH比值、E2和Gn用量、周期删除率高于B组;AFC和获卵数少于B组,并有统计学意义。基础LH、优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率两组无差别。结论EMs可加速卵巢储备功能下降。EMs患者应该尽早安排生育,必要时接受IVF。
