摘    要:辐射的医学应用是核能应用中最为活跃的领域,特别是近20年来介入放射学突飞猛进的发展,医学工作者是职业受照群体中增长最快的,也是最大的受照群体。由于辐射防护管理和培训的滞后,辐射防护意识和装备满足不了迅猛发展的需要,医学工作者(特别是介入放射学工作者)的职业性受照剂量较高,因此医学工作者是职业受照群体中最应受到关注的群体。为此,告诫职业受照的医学工作者,在用辐射技术造福于病人的同时,要关注自已的安全和健康,加强防护,接受完整的个人剂量监测。

Abstract:The application of radiation in the field of medicine is the most active area. Due to the rapidand strong development of intervention radiology at present near 20 years, particularly, the medical workersbecome a popularize group which most rapid increasing and also receiving the must high of professionalexposure dose. Because, inter alias, radiation protection management nag training have not fully followup, theaware of radioactive protection and appropriate approach have tot fully meet the development and need, theprofessional exposure dose received by medical workers, especially those being engaged in interventionradiology, are more higher, as well as have not yet fully receiving the complete personal dose monitoring, themedical workers become the population group which should be paid the most attention to. The writer wouldadvice in this paper that all medical workers who being received a professional radiation exposure should paymore attention to the safety and healthy they by is strengthening radiation protection and receiving completepersonal dose monitoring.
