乳腺导管造影检查对溢液性乳腺疾病的诊断

目的 分析伴乳头溢液乳腺疾病的乳导管造影表现,以提高诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析伴乳头溢液乳腺疾病的钼靶X线表现、乳导管造影x线表现,并与病理结果对照.结论 乳腺导管造影诊断为:乳腺囊型增生症2例,导管内乳头状瘤21例,导管内乳头状瘤病5例,导管内乳头状瘤并导管内乳头状瘤病3例,导管癌2例,与病理对照,2例误诊,诊断正确率为93.9%.结论乳腺导管造影对伴溢液乳腺疾病的诊断具有重要的价值.

Diagnosis of breast galactography on diseases with nipple discharge

Objective To analyze the galactographic features in breast diseases with nipple discharge, and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast diseases. Methods The manifestations of mammo-grams, galactograms in breast cancer with nipple discharge were analyzed retrospectively and compared with pathologic findings. Results Two cases were cystic hyperplasia,21 cases were intraductal papillo-ma,5 cases were intraductal papillomatosis,3 cases were intraductal papilloma with intraductal papilloma-tosis, 2 cases were ductal carcinoma, the misdiagnosis was 2 cases compared with pathologic findings and the accuracy rate of diagnosis was 93. 96%. Conclusion Breast galactography plays important roles in diagnosis of breast diseases with nipple discharge.
