| 摘 要： | 本文检侧了32例食管癌患者和30例健康供血者的外周血甲个核细胞(PBMC)产生白细胞间素2(IL-2)及淋巴细胞转化水平。结果表明:食管癌患者的外周血单个核细胞,在体外经PHA刺激后产生IL-2及淋巴细胞转化水平,两前均较健康供血者明显减低(P<0.001)。

| Abstract: | The study of the levels of IL-2 production and lymphocyte transformation ofPB MC of 32 patients with esophageal carcinoma and 30 healthy donors was reportedin the article. The results showed that the levels of IL-2 production and lymphocytetransformation in the PBMC, of the patients which were stimulated by PHA invitro were significantly lower than those in the healthy donors (P<0.001). Inaddition, the results were discussed. |
