高压氧、灯盏花联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

目的观察高压氧和灯盏花联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法65例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组（n=35）和对照组（n=30）。治疗组采用高压氧和灯盏花联合治疗,对照组单纯给予高压氧治疗。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状及神经传导速度变化。结果治疗组有效32例,有效率91.43%,对照组有效19例,有效率63.33%,两组疗效差异有显著性（2χ=7.54,P〈0.01）,治疗组神经传导速度较对照组增加更明显。结论高压氧与灯盏花联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的治疗作用。

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen and brevisapin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathies

Objective ： To investigate therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen （ HBO ） and brevisapin on diabetic peripheral neuropathies （DPN） . Methods ： Sixty - five patients with DPN enrolled in this study were randomly divided into a therapeutic group （ n = 35 ） and control group （ n = 30）. The therapeutic group received HBO in combination with brevisapin, the control group were given single HBO therapy. The symptoms and nerve conduction velocity （NCV） of these groups were compared after treatment . Results： Thritytwo effective examples in therapeutic group, had efficiency of 91.43% 19 effective examples in control group had efficiency 63.33%. The effective was significantly higher in therapeutic group than that in control group （X2 = 7.54 ,P 〈0.01 ）, the increase of NCV in therapeiatic group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion： HBO combined with brevisapin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a better therapeutic effect.
