黄芪的本草考证及其研究进展

目的：研究历代书籍对黄芪的文献记载，对黄芪进行本草考证，总结黄芪的现代研究进展。方法：通过查阅古代本草学书籍以及与黄芪相关的现代书籍与期刊，从黄芪的道地沿革、基源、名称、功效主治、炮制方法、分类品级以及黄芪在现代医学应用研究七个方面进行考证。结果：通过查阅，黄芪道地产区由之前的四川、陕西、宁夏地区逐渐过渡到山西、内蒙古地区，如今以山西、内蒙古地区的黄芪为优，较为全面地分析了黄芪的发展历程和应用价值。黄芪作为最常用的中药补药，且应用范围广泛，有很好的研究价值和发展前景。结论：黄芪最初以膜荚黄芪为正品，后来蒙古黄芪所替代，但膜荚黄芪仍作为正品被使用，为黄芪的进一步研究提供了理论基础，黄芪作为最常用的中药补药，应用范围广泛，有很好的研究价值和发展前景。

Astragalus Membranaceus Medicinal Herbs Textual Research and its Research Progress

Objective Study the literature records of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge in the books of the past dynasties,conduct a textual research on A. membranaceus, and summarize the modern research progress of A. membranaceus. Method By con-sulting ancient Chinese herbal medicine books and modern books and periodicals related to A. membranaceus, the study was conductedfrom the authentic history, origin, name, efficacy and indications of A. membranaceus, processing methods, classification grades, andthe application of A. membranaceus in modern medicine research. Results Through the inspection, the real estate area of A. membra-naceus has gradually transitioned from the former Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Ningxia regions to Shanxi and Neimenggu regions, and nowthe A. membranaceus in Shanxi and Neimenggu regions are better. A more comprehensive analysis of the development process and ap-plication value of A. membranaceus has been carried out. As the most commonly used Chinese medicine tonic, A. membranaceus has awide range of applications and has good research value and development prospects. Conclusion A. membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. wasoriginally used as a genuine product, and later replaced by A. membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao, butAstragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. is still used as a genuine product, which provides a theoretical basis for further research onA. membranaceus. A. membranaceus is the most commonly used Chinese medicine tonic. It has a wide range of applications and is verygood. The research value and development prospects of the company.
