震颤型与强直型帕金森病静息态脑功能度中心性的差异

摘    要:目的 观察震颤(TD)型与强直(ARD)型帕金森病(PD)静息态脑功能度中心性(DC)差异。方法 采集51例TD (TD组)型、39例ARD (ARD组)型PD患者及56名健康对照者(HC,HC组)头部静息态功能MRI数据,比较组间全脑DC值的差异。结果 相比HC组,TD组及ARD组双侧小脑DC值升高;TD组左侧壳核和左侧中央旁小叶DC值降低,ARD组左侧前扣带回和右侧辅助运动区DC值降低。相比ARD组,TD组左侧前扣带回和右侧辅助运动区DC值升高,双侧小脑DC值减低。结论 TD型与ARD型PD患者双侧小脑、左侧前扣带回及右侧辅助运动区DC存在差异。

Abstract:Objective To observe the difference of degree centrality (DC) between tremor (TD) and akinetic-rigid dominant (ARD) Parkinson disease (PD) patients with resting-state brain functional MRI. Methods Head resting-state functional MRI data were collected from 51 TD (TD group), 39 ARD (ARD group) PD patients and 56 healthy controls (HC group), and the differences of the whole brain DC values were compared among 3 groups. Results Compared with HC group, DC values of bilateral cerebellum increased in both TD and ARD groups, of the left putamen and paracentral lobule decreased in TD group, while decreased in the left anterior cingulate gyrus and right supplementary motor area in ARD group. Compared with ARD group, DC values decreased in bilateral cerebellar hemispheres but increased in the left anterior cingulate gyrus and right supplementary motor area in TD group. Conclusion TD and ARD PD patients had different DC in bilateral cerebellum, left anterior cingulate gyrus and right supplementary motor area.
