乳腺癌导管相关性血栓的研究进展

由于大部分乳腺癌病人需要接受长期反复化疗,中心静脉置管成为了乳腺癌病人不可或缺的静脉通路。但由于乳腺癌病人本身的高凝状态、导管相关因素以及化疗等抗癌疗法的应用,导管相关性血栓成为乳腺癌病人中心静脉置管后最常见和最危险的并发症之一,这不仅增加了乳腺癌病人治疗的痛苦和负担,也给临床工作者带来了极大的困扰。现就乳腺癌病人导管相关性血栓的流行病学、发生机制、危险因素、诊断、治疗和预防等方面进行综述,以期为导管相关性血栓的风险评估、诊断及防治提供参考。

Research progress on catheter-related thrombosis in breast cancer

Since most breast cancer patients need to undergo long-term repeated chemotherapy, central venous catheterization hasbecome an indispensable venous access for breast cancer patients. However, due to the hypercoagulable state of breast cancer patients,catheter-related factors and the application of anticancer therapy, such as chemotherapy, catheter-related thrombosis has become one of the most common and most dangerous complications after central venous catheterization in breast cancer patients. The pain and burdenof treatment of breast cancer patients have also brought great distress to clinicians. This article reviews the epidemiology, pathogenesis,risk factors, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of catheter-related thrombosis in breast cancer patients to provide a reference for its risk assessment, diagnosis and prevention.
