摘    要:主动脉瓣狭窄(AS)是最常见的瓣膜性心脏病之一,可引起心绞痛、晕厥、心力衰竭和猝死等严重不良后果。随着数字医学的兴起,以有限元为代表的数值模拟技术在医学领域、尤其心血管领域得到广泛应用。本文对模拟AS血流动力学研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Aortic stenosis (AS) is one of the most common valvular heart diseases causing serious adverse consequences such as angina pectoris, syncope, heart failure and sudden death, etc. With the rise of digital medicine, numerical simulation technology represented by finite element has been widely used in medical field, especially in cardiovascular field. The advances in hemodynamic simulation of AS were reviewed in this article.
