白血病患儿主要照顾者恐惧疾病进展的现状调查及分析

目的 分析白血病患儿照顾人员恐惧疾病进展的现状情况和相关影响因素,为针对性防范措施的制度提供参考。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年12月本院白血病患儿照顾人员136例纳入研究,通过一般资料调查量表和恐惧疾病进展简化评估量表(FoP-Q-SF)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及多元线性回归分析法调查白血病患儿照顾人员的恐惧疾病进展情况,分析相关影响因素。结果 136例白血病患儿照顾者人员FoP-Q-SF量表评分(42.93±8.15)分、积极应对方式评分(18.98±3.72)分、消极应对方式评分(17.37±1.55)分、SSRS量表评分(25.27±2.25)分。白血病患儿主要照顾者的恐惧疾病进展FoP-Q-SF评分与积极应对方式评分、社会支持总评分呈负相关,与消极应对方式评分呈正相关(P＜0.05);多元线性回归分析发现,性别、年龄、文化程度、患儿病情严重程度、家庭平均月收入、患儿疾病治疗时长是白血病患儿主要照顾者的恐惧疾病进展的影响因素(P＜0.05)。结论 白血病患儿照顾人员恐惧疾病进展处于较高水平,易受性别、年龄、文化程度、患儿病情严重程度、家庭平均月收入、患儿疾病治疗时长、应对方式以及社会支持度等因素影响。

Investigation and analysis of the current situation of fear of disease progression among primary caregivers of children with leukemia

Objective To study the current situation and influencing factors of fear of disease progression among primary caregivers of children with leukemia, and to provide theoretical reference for clinical formulation of targeted interventions. Methods: 136 cases of primary caregivers of children with leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The Simple Coping Style Scale (SCSQ), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and multiple linear regression analysis were used to investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of fear of disease progression among primary caregivers of children with leukemia. Results The FoP-Q-SF scale score of the main caregivers of 136 leukemia patients was (42.93±8.15), the positive coping style was (18.98±3.72), the negative coping style was (17.37±1.55), and the SSRS The scale score was (25.27±2.25). The fear of disease progression FoP-Q-SF score of primary caregivers of children with leukemia was negatively correlated with positive coping style score and total social support score, and positively correlated with negative coping style score (P<0.05); Gender, age, education level, the severity of the child"s disease, the average monthly income of the family, and the length of the child"s disease treatment were the influencing factors of the fear of disease progression among primary caregivers of children with leukemia (P<0.05). Conclusion The fear of disease progression in the main caregivers of children with leukemia is at a high level, and the coping style and social support of vulnerable caregivers, gender, age, educational level, the severity of the child"s disease, the average monthly income of the family, and the child"s disease treatment There are important and other factors affecting the duration of fear of disease progression.
