| 摘 要： | <正>患儿，9岁4个月，于2018年6月7日因摩托车车轮绞伤致右足跟疼痛、渗血3 h急诊入院（图1a）。专科查体：右足跟肿胀，可见大小约8 cm×5 cm创面，泥沙污染，软组织挫伤，部分缺损，跟腱离断，近端回缩，远端断面呈马尾状，约1/4跟腱止点撕脱骨折，跟骨结节处部分骨质缺损，跖屈肌腱完全离断（图1b）。右踝关节CT检查提示：右跟骨结节及周围骨质呈片状骨缺损，周围软组织连续性中断、肿胀，
