中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效评价

目的 探讨中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病（non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD）的临床有效性和安全性。方法 计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据、维普数据库、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Embase自建库至2022年5月关于中医药治疗NAFLD的随机对照研究,并运用Jadad量表对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果 共检索到文献4596篇,最终纳入29项研究,涉及2444例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中医药组或中医药联合西药组患者的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、肝脏B超指标改善情况均显著优于西药组（P<0.05）。结论 临床上中医药治疗NAFLD是安全和有效的。

Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods Randomized controlled studies on the treatment of NAFLD by TCM in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, Wanfang data, VIP, PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase were searched by computer from the self-established database to May 2022, and Meta-analysis was performed on the included literatures using Jadad scale. Results A total of 4596 articles were retrieved, and 29 studies were included, involving 2444 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the improvement of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and liver B-ultrasound indexes in TCM group or TCM combined with western medicine group were significantly better than those in western medicine group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM is safe and effective in the treatment of NAFLD.
