槐耳颗粒在肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎肿块期的临床疗效观察

目的 观察、评价改良冰消散联合活血祛瘀消肿方治疗踝关节骨折后软组织肿胀、疼痛的疗效。方法 回顾性选取2021年6月至2021年12月浙江中医药大学附属第二医院住院手术治疗的72例踝关节骨折患者，根据治疗方法分为对照组（n=34）和观察组（n=38），对照组采用常规消肿治疗，观察组采用改良冰消散联合活血祛瘀消肿方进行治疗干预，观察两组患者术前软组织肿胀、疼痛改善情况及术前消肿天数。结果 两组患者伤后5d肿胀率比较，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术前消肿天数明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者伤后5d肿胀程度比较，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者伤后5d的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale，VAS)比较，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用改良冰消散联合活血祛瘀消肿方治疗，可有效缓解踝关节骨折术前疼痛、消除软组织肿胀、缩短术前时间，该方法操作简单，治疗依从性好，值得推广使用。

Prognostic prediction model construction and validation of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor

Objective To observe the effect of Bingxiao powder combined with Huoxue Quyu Xiaozhong recipe on soft tissue swelling and pain after ankle fracture. Methods A total of 72 patients with surgically treated ankle fractures hospitalized in Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from June 2021 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group (n=38) and the observation group (n=34) according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with conventional swelling reduction therapy, while the observation group was treated with modified Bingxiao powder combined with Huoxue Quyu Xiaozhong recipe to reduce swelling. Results Compared with the swelling rate of the two groups at 5 days after injury, the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the preoperative swelling days was significantly shorter in the observation group than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the swelling degree of the two groups at 5 days after injury, the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); compared with visual analogue scale(VAS) of the two groups at 3 days and 5 days after injury, the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bingxiao powder combined with Huoxue Quyu Xiaozhong recipe can effectively alleviate the preoperative pain of ankle fracture, eliminate soft tissue swelling and shorten the preoperative time. This method has simple operation and good treatment compliance, and is worthy of popularization.
