| 摘 要： | 目前我国的护理教育事业蓬勃发展，新入职护士作为医院中的重要组成人员，由于缺乏临床经验及安全意识，也是发生护理差错的高危人群，科学有效的新入职护士岗前培训体系可以有效保障临床护理安全、减少护理差错。文章对基于工作场所的评估（WPBA）的概念、评估工具、国内外发展现状及对我国护理领域的启示进行综述，以期为我国新入职护士岗前培训体系的建设提供参考信息。

| Abstract: | Nursing education in China is booming at present. As important members of the hospital, new nurses are in a high-risk group for nursing errors due to the lack of clinical experience and safety awareness. A scientific and effective pre-job training system for new nurses can effectively ensure clinical nursing safety and reduce nursing errors. This paper summarized the concept, assessment tools, development status of of workplace based assessment (WPBA) and its enlightenment to nursing in China, so as to provide reference for the construction of the pre-job training system for new nurses in China. |
