淫羊藿苷对心血管疾病作用机制研究进展

淫羊藿苷是天然中药淫羊藿的主要有效成分之一，具有抗血管平滑肌细胞迁移和增殖、抑制炎症反应、抗氧化应激反应、抗细胞程序性死亡、抑制内皮间质化、抗肺血管重塑和抗心肌纤维化等作用，可通过调控多个信号转导通路中的靶点防治心血管疾病。本文以淫羊藿苷防治心血管疾病的作用机制进行归纳总结，为临床新药开发提供参考依据。

Research progress on the mechanism of icariin on cardiovascular diseases

Icariin is one of the main active ingredients of natural Chinese medicine epimedium. Several studies have shown that icariin has anti-vascular smooth muscle cell migration and proliferation,inhibition of inflammatory response,anti-oxidative stress response,anti-programmed cell death,inhibition of endothelial interstitialization,anti-pulmonary vascular remodelling,and anti-myocardial fibrosis can prevent cardiovascular diseases by regulating targets in multiple signal transduction pathways. In this paper,the mechanism of action of icariin in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases will be summarized to provide a reference for the development of new clinical drugs.
